No school

The kids had a short week at school...three days of torture before their four day weekend. Johnny's week finished happily with a field trip to the Challenger Museum in Atwater, where he was able to spend some time in the simulator with the others students, airlock included. He loved it! This morning I woke the kids up early (well, for Joe and Kelly I guess it was late since they usually get up at 5:30) and we went to the Bishop's storehouse to help out. Then while I was in class taking a test, the kids began their weekend officially with computer time! The next few days promise to be busy for them...Kelly will be visiting a friend tomorrow, and Laine has a birthday party on Saturday. Joe is heading to the chapel for dodgeball (or some other group activity) at noon tomorrow. He was very disappointed to learn that his camp out this weekend was canceled, but he'll make the most of his time off by working on his guitar skills. We'll be working on organizing the house and cleaning the yard as well. Fun, fun, fun!
